Drywall Supervisor

Oversee the installation of drywall to walls and ceilings, ensuring adherence to blueprints and quality standards. Supervise teams, coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and troubleshoot on-site issues. Proficiency in drywall installation and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of drywall installers on construction sites.
• Review project plans and blueprints to determine the scope of work and materials needed.
• Ensure that safety procedures and protocols are followed by all workers on the job site.
• Train new drywall installers on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
• Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on progress and any issues that arise.
• Order and maintain inventory of supplies and materials needed for drywall installation projects.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in drywall installation
• Proven ability to supervise and manage a team of drywall installers
• Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of materials and tools used in drywall installation
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects within deadlines and budget constraints

Pay: $18.04 - $20.00 per hour
