Responsibilities
- Operate various equipment
- Assist in the preparation of surfaces for paving
- Rake and spread asphalt to create a smooth surface during the paving process.
- Collaborate with team members to build and pave roads, parking lots, and other surfaces efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in asphalt raking or related construction roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong physical stamina and capability to lift heavy materials as required.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- A valid driver's license
