Job Summary:
We are seeking a long term detail-oriented Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism. Room for advancement.
Duties:
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Communicate effectively with staff and external partners
- Answering phones and maintain proper phone etiquette
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and clerical tasks
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Handle Certified payroll tasks and maintain accurate records
-Proposal Preparation
-File Monthly and quarterly truck taxes, obtain NYS DOT truck permits.
Preferred Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Quickbooks/Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Proficiency in AIA Contracts
