Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. This role begins with a one-month trial period, offering you the opportunity to showcase your skills and learn about our company. After the trial period, the position will transition to an ongoing part-time role, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records.
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage incoming project data & communicate with project teams.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) & Google Suite (GMail, Google Drive, Google Docs)
