We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and organization of our parking facilities. Responsibilities
- Monitor the parking lot to ensure all vehicles are parked appropriately and safely.
- Conduct regular patrols of the lot to deter theft and vandalism.
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns regarding parking or vehicle safety.
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities within the lot.
- Implement conflict management strategies when dealing with customer disputes or issues.

Skills
- Strong observational skills with an ability to identify potential security threats.
- Experience or training in law enforcement or loss prevention is preferred.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
- Proficiency in conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- A background in military service is advantageous but not required.
