We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and organization of our parking facilities. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage the lot effectively, ensuring that vehicles are parked correctly and that the area remains secure. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills and the ability to handle various situations with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the parking lot to ensure all vehicles are parked appropriately and safely.
- Conduct regular patrols of the lot to deter theft and vandalism.
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns regarding parking or vehicle safety.
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities within the lot.
- Implement conflict management strategies when dealing with customer disputes or issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
