Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, or orthopedic conditions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, document treatment plans, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Educate families on home exercises, safety, and wellness.
- Foster a supportive and caring environment for young patients and their families.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in TN.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults.
