We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This position involves conducting inspections, performing quality audits, and utilizing various precision measuring instruments to assess product quality throughout the manufacturing process. A strong understanding of quality management systems and practices is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or quality-related certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, techniques, and tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Proficiency in the use of measurement tools and equipment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Must speak, read and write fluent English.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to verify product specifications.
- Perform functional tests to assess the performance and reliability of products.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality control processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, including reports on non-conforming products.
- Document and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of inspection documentation and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
