Location : West Los Angeles, CA
Compensation : $140 to $175K plus benefits and bonus
What Youll Do
- Leadership & Supervision : Lead and mentor HR, payroll, and recruiting teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Policy & Compliance : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure full compliance.
- Strategic HR : Partner with leadership to drive talent strategy, including recruiting, retention, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Employee Relations : Promote positive employee relations, address concerns, and ensure clear communication of HR policies and programs.
- Compensation & Benefits : Analyze trends to develop competitive programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Learning & Development : Design and implement training, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Process Improvement : Manage HR systems, budgets, and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Conflict Resolution : Conduct investigations, mediate conflicts, and implement effective resolutions in sensitive situations.
