  • Responsible for producing fund financial statements and other required financial information
  • Prepare investment and positions reconciliation
  • Prepare daily journal entries to ensure fund cash flow is accurate
  • Management of cash and short-term borrowings
  • Prepare investor capital call / distribution notices
  • Prepare investor funded and unfunded commitments
  • Prepare accuracy of distribution calculation and waterfall models
  • Prepare IRR and performance reporting models
  • Work closely with outside administrator
  • Responsible for day to day auditor relationship
  • Mentor accounting staff
