HAAS Lathe Programmer & Operator
3 Axis Vertical HAAS VF2SS Programmer & Operator
5 Axis HAAS UMC 500/750 Programmer & Operator
You will be using Mastercam to Program, Set Up, And Machine your own parts for some of our major customers using some of the machines mentioned above. Which include: Stryker Medical R&D, Parker Hannifin Fixtures and assemblies, Nextant Aerospace aircraft parts and assemblies.

Responsibilities:
*Required* - Utilize Mastercam Cad/Cam designing and machining
- Develop and write CNC programs for machining operations based on engineering drawings and specifications
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts to required specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges, micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Excellent math skills, including geometry and trigonometry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Note: Prior experience as a CNC Programmer or related role is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
