GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
The Landscape Construction Foreman is responsible for implementing projects from beginning to end.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Has general knowledge of landscape construction operations
- Able to deliver excellent written and verbal communication with customers and team members
- Effective listening skills to understand what our customers and team members need
- Ability to communicate the needs of customers to EMTS team members
- Maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges
- Work in an organized and proactive manner
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
At least a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Foreman and/or related industry Foreman.

- Work with superintendents to ensure quality and profitability of all assigned jobs
- Understand the scope of work detailed in each signed contract

Maintain project completion within:
- The budget that meets our minimum Gross Profit goals
- A schedule that meets the needs of our customers
- Help Superintendents prepare the scope of work detailed in all assigned jobs, within our budgets and schedules
- Monitor the quality of work performed by all team members on assigned jobs
- Communicate any hiring, jobsite tools and equipment needs with the Superintendent
- Project Coordination
- Manage team member performance in the field

Participate and attend, where / when applicable:
- Pre-Construction meetings
- Weekly or Bi-Weekly progress meetings
- All meetings needed or requested by customers
