Superintendent (EPL N)

General Summary : The Superintendent is responsible for customer satisfaction, job budgeting, job scheduling, cost controlling, documentation and reporting for all assigned projects. Core Areas of Responsibility : Responsible to work with Project Managers to ensure the quality and profitability of all assigned jobs. After a job is awarded, the Superintendent is ultimately responsible for our customers satisfaction in the field. Responsible to ensure the documentation and reporting of all assigned jobs are completed according to signed job contracts and EPLs established procedures. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Has general knowledge of landscape construction operations. Able to deliver professionally written and verbal correspondences with customers, vendors and employees. Effective listening skills to understand what our customers are looking for as a contractor and / or a subcontractor. The ability to communicate the needs of our customers to our employees. Have a positive attitude when faced with challenges. Work in an organized and proactive manner. Education and Experience : Minimum of 5 years experience as a Superintendent and / or related industry Superintendent.
