What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Elite Property Management?
My office is expanding & we need to hire a groundskeeper/maintenance man. We are a small family-owned company that manages HOA’s in central Indiana. I more than likely will NOT be responding to comments on this post. **Groundskeeper/Maintenance Man**This is a full-time position for the right individual, the pay will be between $15-$18 per hour to start. This position will require the correct applicant to have the ability to work alone at times and be responsible for their own work. They will possess their own basic hand tools and battery powered tools for the building maintenance portion of this job. We are willing for the correct individual to have time to obtain the proper hand tools (equipment) over time if needed. This individual must pass a drug test and criminal background check as well as have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. All of this will be verified if we consider your employment with our company. A copy of your driver’s license will be required upon being called in for an interview to research your records. This individual must always be professional when on site and when conversing with our clients. We are Looking for an individual who has knowledge and working experience on a commercial mower and other landscape equipment. This individual must be mechanically inclined and have an ability to learn how to perform General building maintenance.
