We are a rapidly expanding logistics and transportation company committed to delivering dependable, high-quality mobility solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking 10 Professional PRT Drivers to join our team. This position is ideal for experienced drivers looking for stable, well-supported opportunities with access to company-owned vehicles and consistent weekly pay.

Work Hours:
- Availability required between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., depending on trip schedules
- Driver schedules are assigned daily based on operational needs; flexibility is essential
Candidate Profile: We are looking for highly professional, safety-conscious drivers who:
- Are punctual, reliable, and customer-service oriented
- Are comfortable transporting individuals with varying mobility needs
- Are committed to ongoing training and development
- Can commit to a minimum of two trips per week
Responsibilities
- Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, ensuring comfort and care throughout the journey.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns with empathy.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and AED certification, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare staff and patients to coordinate schedules and transportation needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 25 years
- Valid and active driver’s license
- Successful completion of the following screenings:
- DOT Physical Examination
- Drug Screening
- 10-Year Criminal Background Check (no felony convictions within the past 10 years)
- Motor Vehicle Record Check (no suspensions in the past 3 years; no more than 3 moving violations in the past 5 years)
- Willingness to complete and pass the following certifications:
- First Aid
- AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
- Defensive Driving
Compensation & Onboarding Details:
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit
- Training and certification costs must be paid upfront by the candidate and will be reimbursed in equal installments over the first four paychecks following completion of all training requirements
