As a Sales Specialist at Elite Rental and Outdoors in Rogers, AR. you will be instrumental in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role is vital to our mission of delivering high-quality landscaping solutions and products to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their lawncare needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Drive sales by promoting our range of zero turn mowers and handheld power equipment available in-store.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all clients.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring product availability for customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the landscaping or retail industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with landscaping products and services is a plus but not required.
