As a Window Installer and Weatherization Technician, you'll gain expertise in multiple areas of home performance — from precise window installation to energy-saving weatherization measures. Please note:This role frequently requires crawling in attics and under homes. Applicants should be physically prepared for confined space work.

What You’ll Do:
- Install windows with precision, ensuring proper air sealing, flashing, insulation, and finish work.
- Support and complete other weatherization tasks such as air sealing, insulation removal/install, ventilation improvements, and moisture control measures.
- Read and interpret detailed scopes of work.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and managers.
- Complete projects according to industry best practices, including Manufacture Specifications, Local Building Codes, IICRC S500 and DOE Weatherization Standards.
- Maintain clean job sites and take care of company tools and equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in window installation or general carpentry.
- Willingness to learn and assist in other weatherization scopes.
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics or crawlspaces.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with weatherization or insulation.
- IICRC, BPI, or State Weatherization certifications.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
