Residential and Commercial Window Cleaning Technician

Job Summary: Reputable and established Window Cleaning Company in Central Oregon are seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Technician to join our team, specializing in delivering top-quality window cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties in the Central Oregon area.

Location: Redmond, Oregon

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional window cleaning using industry-standard tools and techniques, ensuring spotless and streak-free results.

• Adhere to strict safety protocols when working at heights, including proper use of ladders, and/or other equipment.

• Ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

• Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and solutions, including squeegees, water-fed poles, and window cleaning products.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns effectively

• Potential for long term development within our company

Qualifications:

• Experience in professional window cleaning or equivalent experience is a plus, but willing to train a dedicated candidate.

• Ability to work at heights and operate cleaning equipment safely.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Clean drug test may be required

Hours/Pay: Full time positions available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Offering competitive pay DOE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
