Marketing Representative

Position Overview:
The Marketing Representative will support Elite Restoration’s marketing efforts by managing route marketing activities, creating content, coordinating events, and assisting with other marketing initiatives. Driving is a significant component of this role, as you will represent Elite & Restore Rite at various locations to strengthen relationships and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Route Marketing: Travel to various locations to deliver marketing materials, build relationships, and represent Elite Restoration/Restore Rite.
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, creating engaging written content, and tracking advertising campaigns.
• Content Creation: Capture photos and videos of employees, events, completed projects, and other relevant materials for marketing use.
• Event Support: Help plan, organize, and participate in charity, community outreach, and company events.
• Photography and Video: Take photos and short videos for use in social media and internal communications.
• Marketing Calendar Maintenance: Keep the marketing calendar updated with key events and deadlines.
• Track Marketing Efforts: Use CRM tools to log and track marketing activities.
• Other Duties: Support additional marketing initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications for Success:

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday driving.
• Previous experience in a marketing preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to create content for social media, including basic photo and video editing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Event coordination experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work outdoors during events when needed.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the service area.
