Elite Rooter is looking for a plumbing sales Manager to join our team. The sales Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the shop, ensuring sales, efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate should be an energetic, self starter with previous experience in plumbing operations management. This position would require attention to detail without micro management, with the ability to create and implement processes and systems to help with operations.
Shop Manager duties and responsibilities
Shop Managers have many roles that are critical to the success of the shop. Their duties include :
Managing and overseeing shop operations, developing a routine for opening and closing, and ensuring efficient functioning of the shop.
Being the liaison for the shops onboarding processes including new hire paperwork corrections, administering and collecting company property and communicating terminations.
Encourage sales quotas and performance management based on metrics
Administrating accounting functions, assist with meeting monthly sales and financial targets, collecting payments, and making bank deposits.
Assist with accurate timesheet tracking and payroll reporting.
Enforcing an exceptional customer experience.
Supporting the shops dispatcher and assisting the CSR department with any questions.
Organizing and arranging vehicle maintenance
Reporting shop progress to senior management and working with them to improve shop operations and procedures
