• TAX SUPERVISOR / MANAGER

Elite Sourcing is tasked with finding a Tax Supervisor / Manager The right candidates will display strong communication, analytical, organization, problem solving and technical skills. This firm offers a competitive salary and great benefits.

• Responsibilities / Requirements :
• Partner Level Track!
• Preparing financial statements, compilations, reviews, audits, and trial balance work.
• Developing and mentor staff, engage with clients, and oversee projects
• Providing tax strategy, research and planning for clients.
• CPA with a degree in accounting or tax
• Excel and accounting software proficiency (CCH Tax and PFX Engagement)
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, client service, problem solving and technical skills including Microsoft Excel and accounting software proficiency
• Work independently and in a team

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience :

• CCH and PFX Software : 3 years (Preferred)
• Public accounting : 4 years (Required)
• corporate Tax : 4 years (Required)

Work Location : Hybrid remote in Phoenix, AZ 85020

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
