Responsibilities
- Plan and execute audit engagements, including establishing scope, objectives, and timelines
- Oversee and manage audit teams, assigning tasks and reviewing workpapers
- Review and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Identify control deficiencies and recommend improvements to internal controls
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in external auditing
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards
- Experience in managing and supervising audit engagements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple engagements and priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
