Elite Sourcing LLC. is helping a well known firm searching for an experienced litigator who is interested in an of-counsel position. This is a remote position that will pay up to $120K DOE to start. This is a multi-office firm with the resources to provide excellent in-house support, current technology, and competitive salary.

Job Qualifications :

  • 2 years litigation experience.
  • Ability to handle files from inception to trial.
  • Experience with depositions, hearings, mediations and trial.
  • Insurance defense experience is a plus.
  • Excellent research and writing abilities.
