We are looking for a friendly, hard-working, and customer-service-oriented Front Desk / Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural ability to sell memberships, follow up with leads, and build relationships with clients. No prior sales experience is required—we provide full training! All you need is the right personality, a coachable mindset, and a passion for fitness.
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Sales & Follow-Ups – Engage with trial clients, track their progress, follow up on their experience, and guide them into full memberships. Offer retail products such as hoodies, shirts, heart rate monitors, and more.
✅ Client Engagement – Build rapport with current and potential clients, answer inquiries, and ensure every member feels welcomed and supported.
✅ Gym Operations & Check-ins – Assist with opening/closing duties, ensure seamless check-in procedures, and support trainers during classes.
✅ Processing Transactions – Handle membership sign-ups, retail purchases, and payments using ZenPlanner (training provided).
✅ Phone & Email Communication – Respond to inquiries professionally, answer client questions, and book consultations.
✅ Team Support – Assist management and trainers, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to an energetic gym environment.
What We're Looking For:
✔ A Natural Sales Personality – No sales experience is needed, but a friendly, confident, and persuasive approach is key!
✔ Coachable & Growth-Oriented – Willing to learn, improve, and take initiative without constant direction.
✔ Strong Communication Skills – Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships.
✔ Customer Service Experience (Preferred, Not Required) – Retail, hospitality, or service industry experience is a plus!
✔ Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment – Stay organized while handling multiple responsibilities.
✔ Passion for Health & Fitness – You don’t have to be a trainer, but a genuine enthusiasm for fitness is important.
✔ Physical Requirements – Able to lift at least 50 lbs and run a mile in 9 minutes or less (may be part of the interview process).
Schedule & Pay:
Morning Shifts: 4:45 AM - 10:00 AM
Weekend Shifts: 6:45 AM - 11:00 AM
-Starting Pay: $20/hr
