What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Staffing Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the CEO and other members of the leadership team in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring our business runs smoothly. This role is all about leadership, adaptability, and taking ownership.
✅ Lead & Optimize Operations – Oversee and improve daily staffing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and alignment with company goals.
✅ Drive Business Growth – Identify opportunities to expand our reach, strengthen client relationships, and develop innovative staffing strategies.
✅ Build & Develop the Team – Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
✅ Ensure Top-Tier Customer Service – Maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, ensuring a seamless and positive staffing experience.
✅ Solve Problems & Make Decisions – Think on your feet, navigate challenges, and implement solutions that keep our operations running smoothly.
✅ Manage Resources & Compliance – Develop budgets, workforce allocation, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Leadership & Sound Judgement – You take initiative and ownership of your responsibilities, but you also know when to ask for guidance. You communicate openly, especially when facing challenges or making important decisions, because you understand that collaboration leads to the best outcomes.

✔ Minimum 3 Years of Leadership Experience – You must have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably running a branch or in a business operations role where you were responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions and driving results.
✔ Industry Experience (Preferred but Not Required) – Staffing experience is a plus, but a fast-paced, high-pressure leadership background is just as valuable!
