What You'll Do
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure every client receives exceptional ABA services.
- Train and mentor BCBAs & Behavior Technicians, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with ethical guidelines.
- Serve as the Responsible Supervisor for RBTs and BCaBAs, staying up to date with BACB requirements.
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating clinical staff.
- Act as a trusted resource for families, caregivers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring treatment plans, assessments, and data collection meet the highest standards.

Requirements
- Active BCBA certification & compliance with state requirements
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an ABA setting
