As the Clinical Director you'd be developing and growing the program, establishing a client and provider base and fostering partnerships and networking opportunities with local payors and stakeholders.
Job Description and Responsibilities
The Clinical Director is primarily responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations, ensures the effectiveness of program quality, implements organized and streamlined workflows to support the clinical services and ensures clinical compliance with legal and payor requirements. This also includes assistance with disciplinary processes, audits and licensing processes, as well as grievance and complaints processes. The Clinical Director position is an office position, including direct services (billable) as needed, some travel time to stakeholder meetings, and conferences.
Major Job Duties
- Creates and implements efficient and sustainable client services policies and processes.
- Oversees and executes clinical operations and delegates applicable tasks to clinical staff.
- Oversees the intake and waitlist management process.
- Supports progressive discipline processes and terminations for clinical staff as needed.
- Oversees clinical staff training, supervision and program integrity.
- Creates, changes, and / or improves clinical workflows to increase efficiency in the workplace.
- Assists with audits, licensing and census processes and ensures clinical compliance with all state, federal and payor regulations and requirements.
- Supports strategic planning and goal-setting for the clinical department in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
- All other duties as assigned.
