Escrow Officer/Escrow Closer – Fort Collins, CO
Elite Title is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer/Closer to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. Candidates should have 5 years of escrow and closing experience with strong customer service skills. If you have the experience, work ethic, and industry connections, we want to hear from you!
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000- $75,000 per year (based on experience and performance).
- Bonus structure: Performance based monthly bonuses available that could bring total compensation to $100,000 (base bonus).
- Benefits include: Health insurance with optional dental and vision plans, paid time off and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a Colorado Department of Insurance license.
- Notary Public: Required for this role.
- Continuing Education: Must meet ongoing education requirements.
