Job description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team.
Essential job functions include:
- Assisting the production department in all areas where needed, including Order Entry, Recording and Policy.
- Assisting the Search and Exam department running updates, pulling copies and updating the Title Commitment if needed.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files in accordance with company policies.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper recordkeeping practices are followed.
- Mailing out recorded deeds and policies as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the title industry is preferred. We are willing to train the right person
- Must be able to obtain a Missouri Department of Insurance Producer License
- Ability to work in fast paced team environment, possess good computer skills and be willing to learn and adapt to new procedures
- Attention to detail, strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be courteous, professional and respectful when dealing with clients, and customers, both internal and external
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality is a must
- Education β High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
