Job Overview:
Elite Touch Cleaning Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to support our Account Manager Director and ensure client satisfaction through effective management of operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client management, quality control, and workforce coordination. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and availability for emergencies outside regular hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Account Manager Director: Assist the Director as directed in day-to-day operations and special projects.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction by addressing any service-related concerns.
Quality Control: Identify, document, and resolve service issues to meet and exceed customer expectations.
CRM Documentation: Record and manage all client interactions, issues, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Workforce Management: Coordinate with crew leaders and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any on-site problems.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Account Managers and the Sales Team to achieve operational goals.
Scheduling: Create, execute, and manage scheduling plans for events and cleaning services, providing necessary support to the internal team.
Policy Compliance: Ensure employees adhere to all company policies and take necessary disciplinary actions when required.
Inventory & Ordering: Track consumable supplies and manage monthly inventory orders.
24/7 Availability: Be on call to handle emergencies and visit accounts as needed to resolve urgent issues.
Client Visits & Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, or in-person visits to ensure they receive the attention required to remain satisfied customers.
Emergency Response: Respond to after-hours emergencies, visiting accounts as many times as necessary.
Billing & Reporting: Report additional billing, work orders, and extra services to the accounting department.
Meeting Participation: Attend and report updates during weekly company meetings.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in client management, quality control, or operations (experience in the cleaning industry preferred).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and be on call for emergencies.
Basic understanding of inventory management and scheduling.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Professional attire (business casual) is required for daily operations.
