Laborer/Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and performing manual labor tasks to support our production processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
• Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with operating heavy machinery is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A commitment to safety and quality standards in all tasks performed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Chattanooga, TN 37403 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Chattanooga, TN 37403: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
