Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Window Tint Prep Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all vehicles are properly prepared for window tinting by cleaning and prepping windows, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting the lead tinter with various tasks. This role requires a strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Window Cleaning & Preparation: Clean and prepare vehicle windows by removing dirt, grease, and other debris to ensure a smooth, flawless surface for window tint application.
- Maintain Clean Work Environment: Keep the workspace organized, tidy, and free of any unnecessary clutter. Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained and cleaned after use.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and track supplies used in the tinting process, including cleaning materials, tints, tools, and other consumables. Ensure proper stock levels and communicate supply needs to the supervisor or manager.
- Assist Lead Tinter: Support the lead tinter by assisting with the application of window tints and performing other tasks as needed, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the process.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all windows are prepped to the highest standard before the tint application process. Report any issues or concerns regarding the preparation of windows to the lead tinter.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and coworkers, ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous when cleaning and preparing windows to ensure a flawless result.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other specialists and the lead tinter to meet production goals.
- Experience: Previous experience in a car detailing, tinting, or automotive setting is preferred, but not required.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the team and supervisor to ensure smooth operations and meet quality standards.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
