Job Description :
We are seeking an IT Deployment and Testing Technician to support our IT infrastructure and clinical systems at the Murdoch Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying and configuring various devices while ensuring their readiness for the Epic Technical Dress Rehearsal. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative approach to work with both IT teams and endusers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deploy and configure desktops laptops peripherals and printers.
- Perform software installations and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Conduct troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Execute endtoend testing of devices for Epic workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deployments configurations and testing outcomes.
