Job Description :
We are seeking an IT Deployment and Testing Technician to support the deployment and configuration of IT hardware and clinical systems. This role involves ensuring readiness for system golive through comprehensive testing and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deploy and configure desktops laptops and printers in clinical settings.
- Perform software installations and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and collaborate with IT support for complex issues.
- Execute endtoend testing for system readiness particularly for Epic workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of deployments and contribute to postdeployment reports.
