We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform specifically focusing on configuration management and asset management. This role involves developing policies and processes to ensure the accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and supporting various IT service management processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain IT configuration and asset management methodologies.
- Manage and support ServiceNow modules including CMDB Discovery and IT Asset Management.
- Conduct discovery workshops and consolidate data sources to optimize processes.
- Create and document requirements for efficient process designs with selfservice options.
- Ensure compliance and drive visibility on process adherence and improvement opportunities.
