We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Programs Assistant to support the management of maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in fields such as Fleet Management Roadway Programs Management Emergency Operations or Budgeting. This hybrid role involves both remote and onsite work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with maintenance programs management to address operational needs.
- Act as a liaison between teams for project coordination and resource tracking.
- Assist in developing and reviewing maintenance budgets and represent the department in executive meetings.
- Help organize maintenance fleet operations and oversee work assignments.
- Monitor compliance with federal and state vehicle operation legislation.
