Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled SAP S / 4HANA BRIM Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation of a new billing and revenue management solution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a System Integrator to ensure the successful integration of SAP BRIM into the existing framework.
- Over 5 years of experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations.
- Proven success with at least one SAP BRIM implementation in an SAP S / 4HANA landscape.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel Visio PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with tolling back office systems or largescale call center operations is highly desired.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow PPM and ITSM modules along with ITIL / ITSM practices.
