Job Description
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking a SAP S / 4HANA BRIM Functional SME to support the Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementation as part of the UBOS solution . The System Integrator (SI) will perform the implementation, but PTC requires an SME to ensure that the BRIM application aligns with business needs and integrates seamlessly with SAP S / 4HANA Finance and other technologies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP BRIM implementations , preferably for tolling back-office systems or large-scale call centers . This role will involve acting as PTC’s subject matter expert , coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing SI documentation, performing testing, and ensuring the solution meets PTC’s requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze PTC’s current billing and revenue structure and desired UBOS functionality.
- Work with the System Integrator (SI) to ensure SAP BRIM implementation meets PTC’s business needs .
- Serve as PTC’s SAP BRIM subject matter expert in meetings and workshops.
- Identify potential issues and provide detailed recommendations to PTC leadership .
- Develop and maintain project documentation following PTC standards and templates .
- Perform hands-on testing and provide feedback on solution deliverables.
- Lead and participate in project meetings related to billing and revenue workstreams .
- Review SI’s documentation and advise on acceptance criteria .
- Assist in conducting lessons learned sessions to improve processes.
- Provide daily support and direction to the IT UBOS team .
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to define priorities and schedules.
