Our client, a Major Home Builder is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their Plantation Bay Sales Center in Ormond Beach, Florida. The Administrative Assistant will be expected to receive, greet and
accommodate all visitors to the Plantation Bay Sales office in addition to receiving and directing incoming phone calls. Additionally, answer Plantation Bay inquiries and provides general information to the visitors, prospects, and Plantation Bay residents, i.e. amenities, community information, Ormond Beach area information and benefits of living in Plantation Bay.
This is a full-time position with the following schedule : Sunday (Noon to 6 pm) and Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 : 00 pm.
The following duties will include but are not limited to :
- Greet guests in a professional, welcoming and friendly manner.
- Register all prospect guests using the company-s guest registration forms.
- Determine which sales associate is -up- according to strict rotation of Sales Associates.
- Professionally answers all incoming calls and take messages. Ask for name and contact number before
transferring the call to Sales Associates.
