We’ve bootstrapped into a multimillion-dollar business by focusing on execution, creativity, and customer obsession—and now we’re looking for a Director of Operations to help us scale to the next level.
We’re hiring a hands-on, strategic, and tech-savvy Director of Operations to build the infrastructure that powers our next phase of growth. You’ll work directly with the Founder and leadership team to tighten internal systems, scale operations, and ensure all moving parts—from sales and finance to fulfillment and compliance—run like clockwork. - Implement systems and tools that streamline operations across departments (sales, clinical, logistics, customer support).
- Oversee financial and sales reporting, ensuring real-time data drives strategic decisions.
- Manage internal company finances including budgeting, forecasting, expenses, and reporting.
- Supervise back office operations, including payroll, financials, and taxes.
- Lead HR operations, including employee onboarding, benefits, internal policies, and performance structures.
- Manage commercial insurance, compliance documentation, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee outsourced accounting, legal, and payroll partners, and manage in-house support staff.
- Develop and optimize processes across fulfillment, inventory, clinical training coordination, and partner success.
- Own company policies, internal communications, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the marketing and production team to ensure alignment with operational timelines.
- Support launch operations for new clinics and manage device shipment logistics.
- 7 years of experience in operations, preferably in a high-growth startup, medtech, healthcare, or B2B product company.
- Deep understanding of finance, back office, and HR operations within a scaling business.
- Experience overseeing financial reports, compliance, vendor management, and team leadership.
- You’re tech-forward and fluent in tools that improve efficiency (CRM, dashboards, automation, etc.).
- Resourceful, entrepreneurial, and relentless about execution.
- Based in Orange County area .

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
