The Role: Production Manager
We seek an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production processes with Third Party Manufacturers (TPMs), ensuring timely and efficient production of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetic manufacturing, supply chain management, and working with external manufacturing partners.
This role requires a combination of operational expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing TPMs to meet timelines, costs, and quality standards;
- Collaborating with internal quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations;
- Maintaining accurate purchase orders and coordinating logistics and shipments;
- Cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of new product launches and ongoing production;
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving to minimize disruptions and improve production processes;
