Description of Work
- Lead 50-minute group sessions of yoga
- Lead beginner-level classes; design and deliver effective, safe, and engaging yoga sessions
- Promote Mindfulness and Breathing Techniques : Incorporate meditation, breathwork, and relaxation practices into classes to enhance students’ overall well-being.
- Engage and Motivate Students : Foster a welcoming atmosphere by encouraging participation, offering positive reinforcement, and making yoga accessible to all.
- Uphold Professionalism and Customer Service : Interact with students in a patient, respectful manner and provide guidance tailored to their needs.
