Admissions Director Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to move-in.
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.
Provide tours of the facility to prospective residents and their families, highlighting the benefits and services we offer.
Maintain accurate and organized records of inquiries, referrals, and admissions.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess and meet the needs of incoming residents.
Monitor census trends and develop strategies to meet occupancy goals.
Represent the facility at community events and outreach programs to promote services.
Admissions Director Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or a similar role in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software is a plus.
