The primary function of a Special Education Teacher at Elk Hill Farm Inc is to develop and provide a tailored learning experience for each student, responding to their unique educational needs and aligning with our overall program goals. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing individualized plans, demonstrating a high level of competence and motivation, and creating a safe and conducive learning environment.
To succeed in this role, you will require a valid teaching certificate in your subject area or the ability to obtain one, along with experience working with youth in a group setting.
