- Strong organizational skills, with a track record of dependability and punctuality; attendance at all rehearsals and performances is mandatory.
- Ability to manage large student groups effectively and inspire collaboration.
- Leadership qualities that promote team cohesiveness, supervision of volunteer and student directors as needed.
