- Work with Artistic Team preparing cast vocally for production
- Develop repertoire for students at different stages of their development.
- Maintain clear communication with students, staff, and parents.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude when interacting with staff, parents, and community members.
- Design all costumes in accordance with the directors' vision and within the confines of the budget and school decency standards. Costumes, in many cases, may need to be "danceable".
- Manage the efforts of all volunteer/ student costumers.
- Attend production meetings or meet with artistic and technical directors as available.
- Measure all cast members within the first two days of read-through.
- Conduct/coordinate all costume fittings on students and make alterations.
- Purchase/Rent/Build all costume pieces, fabric, trim, patterns and notions needed.
- Stay within the prescribed budget.
- Oversee hair/makeup design & implementation for production.
- Fill out and submit expense reports in a timely fashion.
- Attend dress rehearsals.
- At the end of the production, coordinate the washing of all costume pieces as appropriate
- Ensure that all costume pieces are returned to the costume storage room and are placed in bins and labeled or hung up in an orderly fashion. Or if going to another location, placed in bins to that destination
- Ensure complete costumes in time for the costume parade.
- Model appropriate behavior and represent the school and district in a positive manner
- Theater/Drama Costuming background
- Available during Theater season June 17th & June 30 - July 20th
- Must possess subject matter expertise in the instructional area.
- Must have good organizational skills and demonstrate dependability, promptness, and punctuality.
- Must be able to manage groups of students in a classroom setting and/or other instructional environment.
- Must be a team leader and promote team cohesiveness.
- Must be able to work independently, be enthusiastic, and take initiative.
- Must demonstrate a professional, positive attitude when working with staff, parents, and community contacts.
- Provide instruction and training for all ages and abilities of students. They may work at a variety of levels teaching different skills to either individuals or groups.
- Four weeks, 18-20 hours per week plus an orientation.

Week 3 Costuming grades Middle school to performances 7/10 & 11th Wonka Jr. and High school for Wonka Jr.
Week 4 Costuming Elementary School (gr. 3-5) Wonka Kids to Performance 7/19th and costuming grades High school performances 7/18 & 19th Wonka Jr.
