```Duties:```
- Lead guided fly fishing trips for clients, providing an exceptional outdoor experience
- Instruct and educate clients on fly fishing techniques, equipment, and safety measures
- Assist clients with casting, knot tying, and fly selection
- Identify and locate prime fishing spots based on weather conditions, water levels, and fish behavior
- Ensure all necessary fishing permits and licenses are obtained for each trip
- Maintain and organize fishing gear and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the trip
```Requirements:```
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide instructions
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Leadership qualities to guide and manage groups during fishing trips
- Ability to educate clients on fly fishing techniques and safety measures
- Excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operation of guided trips
Note: Prior experience as a Fly Fishing Guide is a must.
Please note that this is not a full-time position. Fly Fishing Guides are typically hired on a seasonal or part-time basis.

Pay: $110.00 - $200.00 per day
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
