Road America is seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for motorsports to join our organization as a full-time Customer Service Representative Lead. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that each customer receives exceptional service by effectively managing inquiries and maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and ship all customer orders in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation for public events, including managing gates, camping, and golf cart operations.
- Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Greet visitors and provide comprehensive information about the company.
- Oversee the ordering and distribution of office supplies, beverages, and coffee.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Provide direction and support to incoming and outgoing call center staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Process and approve donation requests.
- Maintain accurate data in our Customer Relationship Management system (Zendesk) and our Point of Sale system.
- Provide special assistance as required.
- Take and pick up mail from the post office.
