Job Title: Seasonal Grounds Crew

Location: Elkhorn Ridge RV Resort, Spearfish, SD

Job Type: Seasonal, Part-Time/Full-Time

Reports To: Grounds Manager

Pay Rate: $15/hr

Job Summary: Elkhorn Ridge RV Resort is seeking hardworking and detail-oriented individuals to join our Seasonal Grounds Crew. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the resort’s outdoor spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. Duties include landscaping, lawn maintenance, irrigation, and general upkeep of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

*Perform landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, and watering lawns. *Maintain flower beds, trees, and shrubbery by planting, pruning, and weeding as needed. *Keep walking paths, roads, and common areas free of debris and hazards. *Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers. *Assist with irrigation system maintenance and basic repairs. *Remove trash and empty outdoor receptacles regularly. *Support setup and teardown for outdoor events when necessary. *Follow all safety protocols and resort maintenance guidelines. *Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries as needed.

Qualifications:

*Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required. *Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. *Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic. *Ability to operate and maintain basic groundskeeping tools and equipment. *Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor for extended periods. *Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
