POSITION REQUIREMENTS
ERCC is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor. The position is full-time, primary shift, 7a-3p, includes weekends and other shifts as needed.
Requirements include:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to read, write, speak, and follow written and oral instructions
Current and valid Driver’s License w/safe driving record
DUTIES
· Train all ES staff on proper procedures for completing work. Retrain as needed.
· Evaluate and monitor ES staff performance.
· Discipline ES staff as needed in consultation with Administrator and/or H.R..
· Responsible for scheduling of all ES staff with review by Administrator.
· Work position for any call offs as needed.
· Monitor and track ES staff absences and tardies; discipline per ERG in consultation with Assistant Administrator.
· Monitor ES staff time worked in Paylocity for accuracy in clocking in and clocking out per established policies; address all requests for time off.
· Check all areas/rooms to ensure they are clean.
· Monitor and record laundry weights.
· Work with ES staff as needed on a one-on-one basis in housekeeping and laundry.
· Thoroughly clean all areas of the facility including resident rooms, rest rooms, departmental areas, public spaces, and any other areas assigned.
· Ensure ERCC has an adequate supply of clean linen on hand at all times.
· Responsible for stocking and organizing linen rooms.
· Operate all laundry equipment and report any need for repair or replacement.
· Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
· Knowledge of and compliance with current federal, state, and local regulations as related to ES.
· Operate snow removal equipment and report any need for repair or replacement.
